Calabrian Chicken, Pepper, Tomato, and Potato Stew
Calabrian Chicken, Pepper, Tomato, and Potato Stew - 4 servings
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil, divided
1 pound boneless chicken cut into cubes.
