Turkey and White Bean Soup
3.25 cup (dry), Great Northern Beans (Dried)
48 oz, Roasted Turkey
1 clove, Garlic Clove Chopped
1 pepper, jalapeno,
4 Roma Tomatoes
6 oz, Carrots (2 carrots sliced)
1 Stalk, Stalk sliced
1 Medium Green Bell Pepper
48 fluid ounce, reduced sodium Chicken Broth
1 small, Fresh Squeezed Lime
0.50 tsp, ground pepper, black
0.50 teaspoon, Sea Salt
1 tablespoon, Crushed Red Chili Pepper Flakes
1 tsp(s), Sage
1 tbsp, basil, dried
Soak beans over night. Roast Turkey and remove from bones and cube. Add everything to the crockpot sit back and relax. 5-6 hours on high or 8-10 hours on low. It makes 6 quarts, 12 / 2 cup servings.
