Tomatillo Chili Verde
1/8 cup Onion chopped
2 Jalapeno's chopped
2 Anaheim peppers chopped
2 Anaheim peppers chopped
1/2 cup Chicken broth
1/2 pound Pork or chicken cubed and browned.
Salt, Pepper, Cayenne to taste
2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro

Add tomatillo's, onion, and Jalapeno's, cook until starting to get tender. Add broth and set on medium until soft. Use a masher to mash all the ingredients until thick and smooth. Add meat and simmer for another 10 minutes. Add fresh cilantro and simmer another 5 minutes.
